The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, or “CARES” Act will distribute more than $25 million in aid to eligible students. The funds are designed to assist with expenses for undergraduate, graduate and MD students related to the disruption of campus operations due to COVID-19, such as housing, food, course materials, technology, health care and child care.

Late Registration ends Friday January 10, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

$100 Late Payment Fee applies to students who do not pay their fees or do not pay their fees by the due date.

UCF is postponing registration for the summer and fall semesters by one week. Registration will now begin Thursday, March 26. Additionally, the withdrawal and reinstatement deadlines have both been extended to Friday, March 27. UCF is offering a satisfactory/unsatisfactory grading option that students can choose for their classes. Most students will be able to select the S/U option on a course-by-course basis. The S/U grades will not affect GPAs. The grade designation will appear on students’ transcripts with an annotation that the S/U option was offered this semester because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Incomplete grades must be removed within one year of the award date prior to graduation from the University, whichever comes first, else they will change to "F."

Students must be enrolled in the second attempt prior to applying for Grade Forgiveness, and requests must be submitted no later than the last day of classes for the term/session in which the course is being repeated.
